Bed Liners

What is a Vortex Liner?

The Vortex™ Liner is a blend of Polyurethane and Polyurea materials in a one to one mix. This ratio delivers a very hard liner to protect the surface, but is flexible enough so that it will not chip or flake on impact.

It is a two component, solvent free, and 100% solids product backed with over 50 years of coating technology. A Vortex Coating can be applied to virtually any surface, if you want to learn more, check out our examples section. Truck bed liners, trailers, and garages are just the beginning. This system is great on concrete or block walls as a moisture barrier, applied under the Polyphatic Coating to absorb impact, and even used as an insulator. Normal drop in liners will wear off the paint finish of the truck from vibration and abrasion. The Vortex™ liner eliminates this problem. This unique spray on liner will chemically bond directly to the truck bed surface creating a watertight bond. It resists virtually all chemicals and materials you can throw at it. As if that wasn't enough, Vortex Coatings can be top coated with the Polyphatic Glaze to keep any color liner looking like new. Imagine, a white bed liner that actually stays white.
